New sales structure announced

Bi-silque, a leading manufacturer of Visual Communications products, today announces a new sales structure, strengthening the geographic coverage of the business. Andre Vasconcelos, CEO of Bi-silque comments “We have a great sales team already covering major markets in the world, and with sales increasing well ahead of the general market trend, we need to ensure that our customers receive the sales support needed for further growth”.

The company has added 3 new heads to the commercial team allowing strengthened account management in the main European markets. Commenting on the developments Simon Larard, VP Sales and Marketing added “growth is a precious commodity in the current business climate, and by adding further resources to cover Nordic, Benelux, German speaking markets, and MEA markets, in addition to the existing sales team, we will maximise the opportunities available to us and our customers. We have also added a specific Channel Manager to run our Retail business across Europe, giving further expertise and diversification potential to the company”

Bi-silque now has 8 sales people covering EMEA region along with a commercial team based in North America.

Bi-Silque is pleased to announce its nomination for an EOP Award in the Global Expansion category. The EOP awards ceremony will be held on 31 January 2011 during the Paperworld trade fair in Frankfurt.
After having already won the Best Vendor of the Year award a few years back, this nomination both honours and incentives us to do even more and better. This year’s entries were significantly greater than in years past, and, as such, we are delighted to be nominated for this prestigious accolade. BI-Silque has grown steadily since its inception; our careful business planning and our fantastic team have brought us where we are now. Bi-Office has a new image; one that reaffirms its identity as a dynamic and active company that strives to find the best and most advanced solutions for its clients.

What then, has changed? The most obvious change is visible on the logo’s chromatic communication, which now evokes warmth and expansion, movement and dynamism, all while making it more pleasant on the eyes and easier to read. The lettering has been altered also; a subtle, yet perceptible, change: it is now more balanced and its contours have been smoothed.

Balance is a key notion in business, and here we find it elegantly conveyed by design. Bi-Office knows what its strengths are: we are a trustworthy brand known for its efficiency and the quality of its products. In this sense, and with these ideas in mind, we have set out to renew our brand image: we want to stay ahead and improve constantly.

But this is no mere aesthetical change; it is, rather, a move forward that effects our communication on every level. Communication needs to be simple, effective and appellative. That is why our graphical identity has been similarly overhauled – as with our logo, the change is subtle and never intrusive; a hint of continuity; an evolution.

Change is a perennial fact of life. One must grow and move in the direction of self-improvement, at all times. However, when you do your job well, this process is – it must be – an evolution, rather than a break with the past. And that is also why Bi-Office’s brand image changed: for we too have changed; we have grown; we have evolved.
